How do I find a tutoring center?

Use the search page — pick a city, subject and level to see centres ranked by rating and distance.

Is sending an inquiry free?

Yes, completely free for students and parents. Your personal details are only shared with the centre after they confirm.

When will the centre contact me?

Usually within 24 hours after the centre confirms your inquiry. You'll get a notification as soon as it's accepted.

Can I send inquiries to multiple centres?

Yes, you can inquire at multiple centres simultaneously and compare their responses.

How do I track my inquiries?

From your dashboard you can see all your inquiries and their status (pending / confirmed / rejected).

For centre owners
How do I join as a centre owner?

Click "Add your centre" and complete the registration form. Your centre starts with 5 free welcome credits.

How does the credit system work?

Each confirmed inquiry costs 1 credit. The student's full details are revealed only after confirmation and credit deduction.

What do I see before confirming an inquiry?

You see the student's first name, subject, level and inquiry type — no personal data. This protects you from wasted credits.

How is my centre ranked in search results?

Ranking depends on your visibility score, influenced by confirmed leads, reviews and profile completeness.

How do I get more credits?

Contact us via WhatsApp to top up your credits. Online payment is coming soon.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We operate in accordance with Morocco's Law 09-08 on personal data protection.

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the platform. Here is the precise list:

We collect no sensitive data (religion, health, precise geolocation, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. Legal basis for processing

  • Contract performance: registration and inquiry require processing your data to deliver the service.
  • Consent: for optional notifications and marketing communications (revocable at any time).
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement.

3. Student data protection

Before confirmation, the centre sees only: first name, subject, level — no identifying data or phone number. Full name and phone are revealed only after the centre confirms and 1 credit is debited.

For minors: only a parent or legal guardian may create an account on behalf of a child and assumes legal responsibility for consent.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: an authentication cookie (httpOnly token) and a language preference cookie. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Retention period

  • Account data: retained while the account is active + 1 year after last activity.
  • Inquiries and messages: 3 years to allow dispute resolution.
  • Login and security logs: 12 months.
  • After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (1) the centre you selected after their confirmation, (2) technical service providers bound by the same protection standards (hosting, SMS, notifications), and (3) authorities upon valid legal request.

7. Your rights

Under Law 09-08, you have the following rights:

  • Information — know what we know about you.
  • Access — request a copy of your data.
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate information.
  • Objection — refuse certain processing (e.g. marketing).
  • Erasure — request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time.

8. How to exercise your rights

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the CNDP via www.cndp.ma.

9. Security

Your data is hosted on servers in Europe, passwords are hashed (bcrypt), and communications are protected by TLS. Database access is restricted to technical team members who require it.

10. Updates

Any material change to this policy will be notified to you by email or via a notice on the platform before it takes effect.

Terms of use

Acceptance of terms

By using Dar Drous, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

For students & parents

  • Inquiring is free and does not commit you to any financial obligation.
  • You must provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry.
  • Creating more than one account is not permitted.

For centre owners

  • One credit is deducted per confirmed inquiry. The deduction is final, except in dispute cases.
  • Information provided about your centre must be accurate and up to date.
  • Contacting students outside the platform before official confirmation is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.

Disputes & refund mechanism

In case of a dispute (false information, fake student...), the centre owner can open a dispute within 72 hours. Our team reviews each case individually.
